The idea was to develop designs of uniform size which could be combined to produce unique sampler quilts reflecting a maker's or recipient's special interests. Make a set of boot sofa pillows for a smaller project or expand the design for a full bed quilt. An insert gives additional directions for 9" and half-size 6" blocks.
